NOTARIZED ACCESS TO THE LAC DES SABLES and dock for boat .
Magnificent house localized in a peacefull sector ( dead end road ). Within 2 minutes walkind distance from the access and 20 from downtown Ste-Agathe-Des-Monts.
The house is oriented full south with nice windows and a lot of natural light.
Upmarket finition and higher isolation for top confort all year long.
Wonderfull architectural porch all built with red and white cedar.
At the ground floor there is a nice Napoleon wood fireplace with a large stone chimney, 9 foot walls, 17 foot cathedral ceiling and exotic wood floor. A large kitchen with real wood (cherry wood ), kitchen cabinet, gaz cooking plate and granite counters.
