House completely renovated in 2011, fully finished basement, garage, very large lot, heated pool, perfect for a large family.
Quiet area, near several services, schools, daycare, golf, convenience store.
10 minutes from Saint-Jérôme and less than 15 minutes of Highway 15.

To feel even more in the countryside, we can leave 3 hens on site that will provide you 3 eggs per day!

Take note that the electricity cost is $127 / month without heating, but this amount includes the use of the pool heater and 2 air conditioners during the summer.
The house has always been heated with wood since we own the place, except during long periods of absence, so it is not possible for us to precisely determine the cost of the heating using only the electricity.
Expect 7 to 8 cords of wood if you want to heat with wood.
Included: sectional sofa in the basement, above ground pool with heat pump and accessories, washer, dryer, slow burning wood stove, all curtains and blinds, all light fixtures and ceiling fan.
