This superbly maintained condo since its acquisition by its first and only owner offers a peaceful and pleasant living environment. Its large balconies overlook a green landscape, enhanced by gardens, mature trees, and well-kept shrubs. The indoor garage makes winter mornings much easier. The management of the co-ownership is impeccable, supported by a contingency fund that complies with the new regulations. The neighborhood is known for its friendliness, mutual respect, and tranquility.
