Beautiful large duplex with lots of storage in a quiet area.
Exceptional accessibility!
Sainte-Thérèse station is less than a 5-minute walk away, with train (St. Jerome line) and buses. Reach downtown Montreal in one hour while avoiding traffic!
Highways 15 and 640 are within a 5-minute drive, as well as Place Rosemere and Faubourg Boisbriand.
Near several services: elementary school and park across the street; daycares accessible on foot, clinics accessible by foot, etc.
The Lionel-Groulx Cegep can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
