Revised price. Charming country house, 4 seasons, well located for living or for recreation. Sold unfurnished (exclusions of the building: green lamps of the veranda, antenna of the chalet, personal effects and curtains of lace). Includes three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room and living room with slow combustion fireplace. The fireplace is plugged into the chimney on a 4-inch liner. Basement with washer area, dryer and basin for cleaning. The heating system is electric (plinth), the water comes from the city and the evacuations are connected to a septic tank with its retention basin. A large veranda will welcome you on the main facade and another awaits you for lunch. The land has mature trees and the house is well lit. A detached double garage allows you to store your vehicles. The roof of the house was redone in 2012 and that of the garage in 2018. Close to Lake Raymond, the Val Morin stable, the train of the North, cross-country ski trails Farhill and all amenities.
