The condo belongs to a small privately owned association of 12 owners. It is situated on the last floor of the condo building. The condo fees are low since everything is taken care of internally. The condo association has a good reserve fund for future needs. 

The main living space is open and very well divided. The condo has 2 large rooms with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a seperate shower and corner bath.
