The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and discreet.

The kitchen is very functional and has a very large walk-in pantry in which it is possible to put a freezer and/or a refrigerator. 

The 4 bedrooms upstairs are of good size. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. 

There are 3 bathrooms in the house; one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has been renovated in 2020.
