Are you looking for a move-in ready house with little maintenance? Well look no further, you found it!
Our house is on a crescent with very little traffic in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is located near grade schools and a high school. We are only 2.5 KMs from the St-Rose train station, on the St Jerome line. Quick access to all major highways (335, 440 and 640).
The backyard is extremely private with cedar hedges that are over 12 ft high and a heated inground pool. A gazebo was installed on the back patio leading out from the kitchen.
Good news!! The house was freshly painted white in the front entrance, hallways, kitchen and living room.
