Agricultural land for sale with Tiny-house, between the highway 19 and 25, near boulevard des Mille-Iles and Saint-Joseph Road, in Laval.
Super lot 20 minutes from Montreal, access to the highway in 5 minutes. Very peaceful corner. The other owners grow vegetables, vines-honey-mushrooms, sheep and some even go camping on weekends. (tolerated, but not allowed) The majority of people have small houses where they sleep from time to time
Zoned agricultural, but highway 19 is getting bigger, and probably they will change the zoning soon.
There is no electricity, nor access to water. Access to the land is via another field. The road, which gives access to my land, will be done next year. The electricity is there, but it needs to be connected. For water, you have to dig a well.
Very pleasant area, like a campsite with a large garden. I cycle, cross-country ski and do a lot of walking. It's still a very wild corner in Laval
