Magnificently spacious & modern bungalow, recently renovated and the most energy-efficient in all of Chomedey! Large windows and abundant light. Three full luxurious and modern bathrooms. Located in a great area, close to the highways (13 / 15 / 440), schools, and shopping centers. Both floors are completely renovated and modern with high quality materials, spotlights in bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and family room in basement. Hardwood floors. Very large master bedroom with walk-in closet and a master ensuite bathroom. The house is very bright and the decor is very luxurious.

Double garage on its length, paved entrance and double driveway (can have 2 cars in garage plus up to 4 cars on driveway). Sprinkler system in the front.

The large back yard is fenced on all sides, and the patio is covered and gives direct access to an immense oval pool that measures 27' × 16'.  Decorative bushes allow privacy and intimacy. In the spirit of self-reliance, the lot includes raspberry, blackberry and other berry bushes that give plenty of delicious fruit each year.
