Magnificently spacious & modern bungalow. Large windows and abundant light. Recently renovated and very energy-efficient. Three full bathrooms, including a master ensuite bathroom. Located in a great area, close to the highways (13 / 15 / 440), schools, and shopping centers. First floor completely renovated (kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, spotlights) with high quality materials. Very large master bedroom with walk-in closed. The house is very bright and the decor is very luxurious.

Double garage on its length, paved entrance and double driveway. Sprinkler system in the front.

The large back yard is fenced on all sides, and the patio is covered. Tall bushes allow privacy and intimacy.

The house was entirely renovated under the ecoENERGY & RénoClimat programs, including many  specific energy-saving upgrades such as special ventilation and insulation in the attic, EnergyStar rated windows in the basement, additional insulation in the basement, high-efficiency Carrier heat pump, and a tankless in-line water heater (very rare!).
