Private area:
Very well maintained 2 bedrooms Corner unit with garage. Very spacious, bright, and private. No neighbors on the side.
New granite kitchen countertops (April 2021). Entrance, kitchen, living/dining, and hall paint were redone in April 2021. Separate laundry room (8,8ft X 6,10 ft) and huge storage (9ft X 5 ft). Ceiling lights in all rooms/hall. Nice pot lights in the living room and hall.
Central vacuum, gas fireplace.
Common areas:
Big balcony (14ft X 8ft), Elevator, Tennis court, heated pool, gym, reception room, meeting rooms, billiards. Plenty of visitor's parking spots. Common backyard with grass.
Location:
