The Thermopump was installed in 2018 and there are still many years of warranty on the contract. It saves energy both with its heating and air conditioning. Moreover, being located in a semi-basement, this function as a dehumidifier is appreciable. It allowed me to cut electricity bills by half!
Hot water tank dates from 2013, so still several years without worries!

Vous apprécierez ses grandes pièces à aire ouvertes bien éclairées, sa grande porte française, la chaleur de son foyer au bois et ses nombreux espaces de rangement intérieurs sans compter le cabanon commun pour remiser pneus et vélos. Tout en étant stratégiquement bien situé (Entre la 13 et la 15, transport en commun bien établit, 2 grands parc etc.), ce condo offre une quiétude surprenante. L'espace est maximisé, bien pensée. Il y a deux places de stationnement pour l'unité de même que de la place pour visiteurs.
Terrasses agréables à profiter l'été, les BBQ sont permis!
