Beautiful 5 1/2 condo, very sunny, near all services.
Only 1.7km from metro Concorde (4 min by car and 15 min walking distance)
and 2.1 km from CEGEP/metro Montmorency. The condo is in a dead-end so
it's a very quiet and very family-oriented location. Outdoor swimming pool! You have exterior parking.
The apartment is rented for $1,085 per month. The tenant is excellent, pays very well each month even during the pandemic. The lease ends on June 30th, 2021. The rent value of the neighborhood for 5 1/2 is $1,300 and more right now. The amount of 5 1/2 for rent in Laval is extremely low and it gets rented extremely fast.
There are 2 balconies, one in the front and one in the back.
