A beautiful 2-story home in the Val-des-Arbres sector of Duvernay.
Built in 1987 when other homes on neighbouring streets were built in the 60's, the actual owners have lived there for the last 21 years, updating and renovating over the years. Kids are now on their own and the house is too big for just two. A move to a smaller home in the country is planned for the near future.
Corner lot with no neighbours in front and a very private backyard without neighbours looking in because of the way the houses are located. The yard, without grass, is landscaped around the heated inground pool (12' x 15' x 24') and the huge patio divided into sections for meals and outdoor furniture.
The yard is facing south-east, the sun rising in the backyard and setting in front of the house. The pool gets sunlight until the end of the afternoon.
The heating is provided through electric baseboards or using the heat pump with air ducts which also provides air conditioning during the summer months.
