Owners’ comments
Semi-detached two-storey house located in a crescent on Pie-IX, in Val-des-Brises. It is a very peaceful area with several parks nearby, including the Centre de la Nature and Bois Papineau. The house is within a 5-10 minute drive of the Smart Centres Laval East shopping center (Walmart, Canadian Tire, IGA, SAQ, Winners, Patrick Morin, Staples, TD Bank and Scotia Bank, etc.), the Adonis Market, two petrol stations (Ultramar and Petro Canada), several family daycare centers and CPE, two elementary schools and one private high school.
The house has an open concept living room with a wood fireplace, 2 + 2 bedrooms, one toilet and 2 bathrooms. The roof and window caulking were redone in 2017, the water heater changed in 2015 and the basement bathroom renovated in 2017.
