Very beautiful property in a popular area of Laval. This one has always been well-maintained and we are the first owner!
Spacious and bright rooms, 3 bedrooms on the upper level, and a 4th bedroom in the basement. The basement is fully furnished with a pool table and a small bar area (removable). Forced air heating with central air conditioning.
Large plot of land with cedar hedges over 15 feet high, which makes it very private, feeling like you have no neighbors! 10 x 12-foot shed with electricity and a very nice heated semi-inground swimming pool.
Plenty of parking space, approximately 5 outdoor spaces, including 3 to the side of the house, ideal for recreational vehicles or trailers, and a single garage.
