Magnificent, meticulously maintained property in a peaceful neighborhood with large backyard surrounded by tall cedar hedges that guarantee your privacy. 4 bedrooms, including 2 upstairs and 2 in the basement that can also be used as an office. Large living room and handyman's workshop in basement. Plenty of storage space.
Garage door and opener replaced in 2017. Renovations carried out in 2018 where both bathrooms were redone. Entrance and main floor floors as well as all interior doors were changed. The addition of recessed light fixtures provides generous illumination. Furnace replaced in 2020 and heat pump added. Roof redone in 2021.
Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Less than 10-minute walk to Montmorency and De la Concorde metro stations, Maison des Arts de Laval, Place Bell, elementary and high schools, CEGEP, university, park, dog park, pharmacy, restaurants and Dairy Queen. Highway 15, Montreal and downtown Laval nearby.
Bonus: very pleasant neighbors and a small garden with raspberry bushes that produce 2 harvests a year.
