In thebasement, the large room can be used as a living room, game room, gym. A climbing wall is present on the wall on the garden side. Le jardin est clôturé, et possède une sortie sur la rue Labelle et une sortie sur la rue Donck. Sous la pelouse se trouve enfouie une cuve de récupération d'eau de pluie de 4000L. L'eau ainsi récupérée alimente les deux sorties d'eau du jardin, ainsi que la laveuse et les toilettes de la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée. Une vanne permet de passer de l'eau de récupération à l'eau de ville, si besoin (cuve vide ou besoin particulier).
Les boîtes aux lettres sont collées au jardin, pas besoin d'aller trop loin pour chercher le courrier !
