This corner unit has good insulation and is soundproof. It features a superb engineered wood floor. There is a lovely quiet terrace with ample space for a barbecue and a patio set. It comes with a heated underground parking lot where you can wash your car. Not far from the Concorde train station and metro, as well as the Montmorency metro. Close to several services and highways. New landscaping nearby with a bike path, many trees and picnic tables. Condo fees include several amenities and services, such as hot water, lawn mowing, snow removal, weekly building cleaning, etc. There is a magnificent gym with large windows on the same floor.
