This 3 and a half bought new in 2015 at rather low condo fees ( $82/month). Located on the garden level it has 2 private terraces which you can use as you wish.
It has 1 exterior parking space.There are 1 shed and 1 outdoor storage space.
Less than 1 kilometer from Highway 15, 2 minutes from Montreal. Close to the River des Prairies and the park.
About 15 to 20 min walk to, Place Bell, U de M, Montmorency CEGEP, and more metro/bus, grocery stores, pharmacies, school.
At the moment the place is rented and kept clean.
