Owners’ comments

My house is located opposite Cluny Park. It is a split level cottage style. A primary school is currently under construction in the park just in front, it should be ready for the month of September 2019. Access to Metro Station Concorde is a five-minute walk from the house. Not too far east of Concorde station, we have Montmorency College and a pavilion of the University of Montreal. In the same area of the CEGEP you have the Bell Center where the Hockey team Laval Rocket plays. Still close to the CEGEP you have the Center Laval shopping center.

The master bedroom is very spacious and is 18 feet long by 11 feet wide, a child's bedroom measuring 9 feet long by 11 feet wide, a 3rd bedroom measuring 9.5 feet wide by 12.11 feet long. The upstairs toilet measures 8.7 feet wide by 7.6 feet in length. The living room measures 11.11 feet long by 20 feet wide. The dining room measures 20 feet long by 7.10 feet wide. The basement contains a family room 19.5 feet long by 10.6 feet wide, a kitchen measuring 13 feet long by 7.8 feet wide. The small bathroom is located on the 1st floor the bigger one upstairs.

In the included: dishwashers stainless in very good condition, the blinds of the basement in the room of child as well as all the chandeliers.

The house is south to north between Concorde Boulevard and Cartier Boulevard, and east to west between 15th Street and Ampere Street. All public services are nearby such as Supermarket, pharmacy, CLSC, police station neighborhood, Subway restaurant, and Belle Province. It is a very peaceful place.
