Owners’ comments
Bungalow located in a quiet and sought-after neighborhood, within a 10-minute walk from Cartier metro station. A grocery store, daycare, primary school and several parks, including the riverside, are within a few blocks. The house is being sold for professional reasons (employment in another region).
The house comprises a large living room, 3 bedrooms, and an open area with kitchen/dining room/boudoir or office. The kitchen has a large 3'6"x6' island and a walk-in 4'x5' pantry. Lot of storage in the house in general. The living room may be used as an additional first-floor bedroom.
The basement is especially impressive (completely renovated in 2013), with its 30' family room and its large bathroom with a 3'x5' ceramic shower. The bathroom is adjacent to a 13'x13' bedroom with a room-long closet.
