Large backyard (7,500 square feet), with a fence made of hedge honeysuckle and with
mature trees. Ideal for a young family. The country side, less than
15 minutes from Montreal. Primary and secondary school are located near by. Also shopping center, cycle track.
House (40 X 26.5) with large windows giving great indoor lightning.
Air exchange passage is connected to the attic. Includes also 3 ceiling fans. Basement
more than 6 feet with an installation conform for a slow burning stove.
