Magnificent ancestral attic house dating from 1867, carefully renovated while respecting the original architecture.
Many improvements over the last eight years: sheet metal roof (Galvanum) without screws; custom gutters; new windows; exterior wood cladding; balcony; the kitchen was redone in lacquered maple and equipped with a large practical and convivial central island; 2 completely renovated bathrooms; up-to-date laundry room; functional entrance. Unlike the usual ancestral houses, this one offers interesting storage spaces.
The mechanics of the house (plumbing, UV light, reverse osmosis, electric furnace, heat pump, electrical panel) have been completely redone.
