FULLY RENOVATED House
Practically a brand new house, everything has been redone in new in 2014-2015 with taste and materials of great quality. Nothing to do with some aesthetic renovations, we did it with a long term perspective and to raise our family there.
Very functional by its open area, its large lot bordered by cedar hedges and its huge park across the street, this house is perfect for a young family. Very quiet area with little traffic, mature trees, sidewalks and streets of decent width that you won't find in new neighborhoods. This house is located close to all amenities and public transportation (STL bus 144 at the corner of Fabert Street, directly to the Côte-Vertu metro).
You won't find something as TURNKEY in Sainte-Dorothée!
