Beautiful modern condo in the project 'Croisee des Golfs', located in between Islemere, Laval-sur-le-Lac and Cardinal Golfs. Walking distance to the Ste-Dorothee rail station, and 5 min away from highways 13 and 440. Proximity to schools, gyms, shops etc.

Modern interior design, spacious and well thought-out. The living and kitchen form a loft-like open air ideal for receiving guests in style and comfort. Hunter Douglas custom made shades decorate the tall windows of the open area. Chocolate Natural gaz fireplace and central A/C and air purifier. 

Spacious masters bedroom with walk-in closet and patio door. Modern bathroom with glass door. Wide balconies with nice views, one of them being directly on the Cardinal golf course.

Rented until June 30th 2021 due to pandemic, no visits for foreseeable future.
