Magnificent two (2) story cottage, located in the peaceful and sought after area of Val Ste-Rose, very close to the commuter train (Ste-Rose train station is 1km away, easily accessible by foot). The house is located on a beautiful large fenced and sunny courtyard all day, a large balcony (with storage) overlooking a paved terrace and gazebo. The heated inground pool (32 x 16 ft) with salt system and the large grassy area with play module will please the whole family. This house is located near all services (parks, daycares, schools, grocery stores, pharmacies, library, public transportation, restaurants, etc.), near Vieux Ste-Rose and Bois de l'Équerre. The primary service school (De l'Équinoxe) is the only international French school in Laval.
