Cottage with lots of charm, waterfront on a lake of excellent water quality, and without engines. The lake des Erables is very safe, sandy bottom and gently sloping.

The property is surrounded by mature trees and is accessed by a private road. Everything is here to offer you a relaxing stay in peace.

The cottage is equipped with a spa for 6 persons. The living area is 1,213 sq. ft. 3 private comfortable rooms to accommodate 8 persons, an outside fireplace, wood stove, canoe, rowboat, floating dock, private beach, BBQ, and enclosed screened patio.

The cottage is set for all year-long short-term rentals and some rents are confirmed already for 2024. Firewood and bedding are provided during rentals.
