Beautiful single-family house (cottage), retro style, very solid on 2 floors.
3 bedrooms (2 on the 2nd floor and 1 in the basement) 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Basement finished to the size with suspended ceilings in the laundry room and in a room that can be used as an office or another bedroom.
