Extraordinary property located in one of the most beautiful locations of Trois-Rivières.

Storey house very well maintained with breathtaking views of the city of Trois-Rivières and Laviolette bridge. No neighbors in the front or back (in a cul-de-sac). Very large lot, trees and mature hedge, private course. Sprinkler system and inground pool (heated).

The entrance allows parking up to 10 cars (entry in "U"). There is a garage juxtaposed at the house, as well as a second garage at the back of the house.

The house has always been perfectly maintained. The rooms are large, spacious and bright. There is a gas fireplace in the living room as well as in the basement. The very large kitchen has a gas stove, a built-in stove, and multiple and large cabinets as it does not matter.

On the floor you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and shower room.
