''Townhouse'' property type, located on the corner of the unit of 6 houses. Interior on 2 floors with a renovated basement and a closed garage.
It is the only one of the six (attached) units to have 3 parking spaces. 2 in the garage entrance and one on the side.
It should be noted that the entrance has a small closed vestibule very practical, especially in the winter. The ceramic was redone.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2015 with a change of configuration compared to other units in the same area, which gives a wider clearance in the kitchen and much more brightness.
The cabinets, the kitchen backsplash as well as the range hood were changed as well as the floor ceramics.
The flooring of the dining room and living room has been changed to floating wood. The stairs to go up to the 2nd floor as well as the one to go down to the basement have been redone and coordinated with everything.
The basement room has been renovated with a suspended ceiling, reconfiguration of the washing room (washer and dryer are now in the garage) and enlargement of the room compared to the original dimensions.
The backyard is very intimate because of the cedar hay rising very high. No neighbors in the back because of a bondage and a wooded section that joins the primary school yard.
Since the unit is on one end, the courtyard has an extra width of about ten feet compared to others, giving an impression of greater dimension to the yard.
All the boards of the pool deck have been changed, the gallery, the railings, ramps have been redone. It is also the only townhouse in the unit that has a roof over the gallery.
At the bottom of the stairs, there is a small stone terrace which makes it very pleasant, the summer afternoon because we can install a table with umbrella and chairs because it is of good size.
The windows of the living room, the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom upstairs have been changed.
