The house has an area of 1,392 square feet, doubled by a finished basement and also an attached garage.

The house has a beautiful entrance with a big closet as well as a second entrance through the garage, welcomed by a walk-in closet. This house also offers you a lot of storage.

The beautiful kitchen is made of thermoplastic with black ash inserts, a brick backsplash, quartz countertops, a large island, and a walk-in pantry to dream of.

The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet with a stunning barn door.

The bathroom on the main floor has a very large ceramic shower without a door, a freestanding bath, and 2 sinks.

The floors on the main floor are oiled hardwood except for the bathroom and the entrance. The ground floor ceilings are 9 feet high.

The basement is furnished with 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with an integrated laundry room, and a large family room very bright due to the generous windows.  The ceilings are 8 feet high, which makes the space very pleasant to be there.
