Owners’ comments
Gorgeous rustic style but modern house very well located in the village of St-Polycarpe, near schools, arena, and big family park. Heated floors throughout the house including the garage (no basement). Cathedral ceiling with skylights in the living room. Nice woodwork in the kitchen and bathrooms.
At only 10 minutes from highways 20/30/40 by routes 340 and 201.
Dead-end street safe for children.
Semi-fenced yard by a nice wood fence and a cedar edge. No neighbors in the backyard (farmer).
Very large shed equipped with workbench and lots of storage space.
Large covered patio with spa.
