Well maintained bungalow located on a quiet street ideal for a young family. Bright clean and spacious rooms. Finished basement with large family room and bedroom. Walking distance (across the street) to nearby park. Quick access to highway 20. Open floor plan with solarium.
3 bedrooms; 2 located on main floor and 1 in the finished basement. 1 complete bathroom and 1 powder room with shower and laundry room. Spacious family room located in the finished basement, storage beneath the stairs. A 3 seasons 12x14 Solarium installed in 2014, very big balcony created in 2015 including a wheelchair access. Roof redone in September 2017, new 18,000 BTU air conditioning unit installed in July 2018. Hot water tank changed in 2018 and crape was done on main cement stairs and foundation all around the home in 2014.
