Beautiful waterfront bungalow with panoramic views of Saint-Louis lake. A private deck without neighbor on a very calm street. Wall connector for an electric car already installed. Heated floors in the bathroom, 1 wood, and 1 gas fireplace. Beautifully landscaped, no maintenance at all. A spa just across the water on the deck. 4 parking places. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a view of the lake. Waterfront with a solid cement retaining wall and access to put your boat into the water just in the front of your house. At 20 minutes of downtown Montreal. Easy access to highways 20,30 and 40. Must see!
