Very well maintained condo facing a park in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
The Condo is facing Aurele-Joliat park in very close proximity (less than a kilometer) to shopping areas, train station (Gare Vaurdreuil), and Highway 30 with easy and fast access to highways 20 and 40.
