Owners’ comments
Beautiful "Les Perles X" first-floor condo (not basement) located on the corner across the street from Jean Beliveau Park. Includes big balcony, 2 parking spaces and a shed in the back for extra storage. Locked main door with intercom system and mailbox inside the complex. The alarm system and propane fireplace are hooked up (Rental propane tank not included). Many large windows allowing natural light to flow through the condo.
New (Dec 2019) AC/heating system with remote installed.
Well situated and within walking distance to train, bus, parks, bike path, sports center, CLSC, school, and many stores and restaurants.
Great if interested in rental income. Currently renting for 1175.00 per month (lease expires in September 2020). Excellent tenant, very clean and respectful.
