Beautiful condo of superior construction, located in the Onze de la gare. This large 4 1/2 has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus another full bathroom. The central granite island will be a gathering place. The soundproofing is of superior level. The place is quiet and secure (surveillance camera and access with chip in the complex). The sole proprietor is a non-smoker and small pets are allowed. The central air conditioning and the 9 feet ceilings will please you. The complex has an outdoor in-ground pool, a gym, and a community room. There are also 2 parking spaces in the basement included with the condo.
