Bright condo in a quiet neighborhood. Located on the third floor, no one will walk over your head and you will have a panoramic view of the beautiful sunsets from your front balcony.
The condo is spacious and offers a lot of storage: huge walk-in closet in the entrance and an additional storage room in the laundry room. A pretty French door separates the open area and the bedroom section. The kitchen has been enhanced with a backsplash. It also offers a lot of storage. The bathroom is spacious and features a beautiful large mirror. The master bedroom has a beautiful character with its double doors and large walk-in.
Without a neighbor in the back, you quickly get used to the trains. The rear entrance, in the laundry room, leads directly to the parking lot. You will be close to public transport: there is literally a bus stop on the corner of the street and the train station is 2 km away. Highways 20, 30, and 40 are all within 2 minutes. Within walking distance, there is a large park and a primary school.
