Owners’ comments

Charming solid older 2 and a half storey house on very large piece of land (one and a half acre) with a lot of mature trees (maples). Agricultural land around the property so no close by neighbour and nice overlooking views. Also, a second lot (waterfront) with approximately 250 feet on Des Outaouais river brings you the perfect spot for morning coffees, campfires or to take off with your boat or kayak. 

As you enter the house, you'll notice the huge stone fireplace in the living room. There are beautiful wood beams in the open space living and dining room area. Next to that is the completely renovated (2005) and very functional kitchen. Other rooms on that same floor are yours to discover.

The second storey of the house has an 18 x 14 foot balcony with nice view in front and back of the property.
