Superb top floor unit, wonderfully bright thanks to the abundant windows. The rear of the unit overlooks a quiet pedestrian pathway lined with mature trees.
Southwest facing sunroom opens onto a good size patio. Dining room with bay window combines with the living room, both of which benefit from 9ft ceiling.
