Beautiful semi-detached/condo (2+1), non-smoking, by Construction Citral located in the integrated project called "Le Havre du Marais". Very bright property with virtually no maintenance to do. Buy the peace of mind of a condo while living in a house!

ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICES: Boucherville is a quality and well maintained city that offers a lot of services and leisures to its residents. Located close to all services (medical and veterinary clinics, daycares, elementary and secondary schools, shopping center, outlets, popular shops such as SAQ, Costco, IKEA, Canadian Tire, Provigo, Jean-Coutu, Pharmaprix, Maxi, Super C, etc. Trendy restaurants, bookstore, multi-functional center, indoor and outdoor public pools, sports center, arena, gym, public transportation, bike path and walking trails and much more!). Many of them located only within walking distance!
