Superb very well maintained condo located in a safe and peaceful area !
Like new. Well-soundproofed unit, completely repainted and recently renovated. New light fixtures and engineered wood floor. Fireplace in the living room and kitchen with lots of storage. Bathroom with new shower and therapeutic bath as well as a heated ceramic floor. Large front balcony to enjoy the morning light and rear balcony with a closed storage space in cedarwood. French doors and a spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Must see.
