Owners’ comments
Beautiful condo, corner unit, very close to DIX30. Built by Habitations Signature in 2015. One owner, never leased.
Many extras:
- 12,000 BTU Performance Series wall mounted air conditioner (heat pump is not located on the balcony and therefore does not take up space).
- Carpet in both bedrooms for optimal comfort.
- High-end faucets in the kitchen (restaurant style)
- Bathroom :

Condo located on the first floor with 2 private outdoor parkings. Located on a private street with very little traffic. Large island in the kitchen including the oven with hood and can accommodate up to 5 chairs at the counter. Melamine cabinets up to the ceiling surround a large 6'-8" wide window.
The condo includes storage space in a private room on the same floor.
The neighbors are very nice and the condo syndicate is well managed. The co-owners contribute on average 18% to the pension fund annually since 2015.
The outdoor pool is heated with chlorine and maintenance is done by a contractor. So no effort! It is accessible exclusively to the 3 Britannia buildings which surround it and protected by a fence and padlock so only the co-owners have the code.
The covered outdoor terrace of the condo is huge and can accommodate a BBQ, and sofa module while leaving plenty of space. The terrace is very intimate and surrounded by huge stacked stones and stone stairs.
The condo comes with an exclusive use lot surrounded by a hedge. This land is for the use of the co-owner only. There has also been an addition of a flower bed surrounding the terrace for maximum privacy.
Condo fees are the lowest in the building and neighborhood.
The interior divisions of the unit are aluminum, a concrete wall separates the units and also concrete between floors. The unit is very well insulated with projected polyurethane. Concrete floors are covered with 5/8" plywood for maximum insulation and comfort.
The windows glass was changed in the summer of 2018 due to a manufacturer fault.
The piping for the central vacuum is already in place, it lacks only the engine.
