Owners’ comments
Condo 5 and 1/2 with 2 bedrooms (always convertible to 3); current configuration conferring however an undeniable charm. Corner unit. Very bright: South orientation; Arranged by professionals (decorated with care); Tranquility assured. Large intimate balcony sheltering in the treetops. In-ground pool (exclusivity of the owners). Prime location: 2 minutes from Highway 10, via Milan, bus to downtown Montreal every 5 minutes at rush hour, 5 minutes from DIX30, the upcoming REM and close to many other services.
Heated indoor garage or outdoor parking available for rent.
Recent renovations:
- 2014 all the windows and the balcony door were changed, the doors of the wardrobes as well as the electric fixtures were changed.
- 2016 installation of a wall-mounted air conditioner (still in warranty).
