Owners’ comments
Beautiful semi-detached house, located in a sought-after area of Brossard, with direct access to the bike path and the Grand Parc Urbain.
Situated at a 5-minute walk from the Chévrier bus terminal and at a 10-minute walk from the future Du Quartier station of the REM which will take you to downtown Montreal in just 15 minutes. Furthermore, Quartier DIX30 is nearby and accessible on foot or by car via the new Boulevard du Quartier bridge. The neighborhood's primary school is new and a 10-minute walk away (also accessible via the bike path).
The house is spacious and very bright; the main living space is "open" style, the kitchen and dining room are on a mezzanine, giving the living room a double height and large windows.
The house has three good size bedrooms upstairs, a large bathroom, and a closed basement. The fireplace wall is covered with natural stone, adding charm to space. Outside you will find a large patio with a gazebo that covers its entire surface, ideal for sunny days. The backyard overlooks the bike path that runs along Boulevard Lapinière.
The roof shingles were replaced in 2017.
The house is located on a quiet and safe residential street, and there are rarely any cars passing by other than the street residents.
