Owners’ comments
Beautiful country house, with a lot of windows giving a lot of light inside. Open spaced, on a quiet street. In the front of the house, there is a view on Mont-Saint-Hilaire mountain as well as cultivated fields. The back of the house is also fields. There are two creeks around the lawn, and three sides of the backyard are fenced. Backyard is very intimate, with lots of mature trees.
Septic installations were done in 2012 and replaced by an Ecoflow biofilter.
The house is 5 minutes away from the Saint-Lawrence River and a boat ramp, ideal for fishing or people who love boating. Also close to the Richelieu River.
The streets ends with a private dirt road, which reduces traffic in front of the house and is a beautiful place in the woods to take walks!
