This beautiful property is located in "Les Jardins du parc Haendel", a recent development, young and quiet area, near the primary school, public transportation and the incitive parking for Montreal and Longueuil, the bus for downtown Montreal is just at the corner of the street,the public library, a magnificent park, 2 drugstores and the Metro grocery store. This bungalow is fully certified NOVOCLIMAT, which offers a very comfortable and economic living.

Everything was thought to limit maintenance on the house. French doors give access to the concrete patio of 12' 10 x 13' and is covered with a gazebo and aluminiun ramps. The automatic irrigation system will take care of your landscaping according to your programming. Space for a small herb garden. Concrete bricks connecting the front of the house up to the back patio. The small corner shed of 10 x 10 is very useful.

In the garage, there is a mezzanine to store diverse objects and a steeper.This can leave you the possibility to park your car into the garage.Very useful for snowy or rainy days.

The video camera at the front door is very useful to identify who rings at your front door. A 2-way communication system will allow you to speak with your interlocutor from the kitchen or from the basement. Besides, your safety is assured because you can identify one or several people who are at the front door.

All the rooms on the 1st floor have O'Gees.

A natural gas linear fireplace adds a lot of atmosphere to the basement.

A natural gas outlet  is present on the patio to feed the BARBECUE.
