**Buyer's offer was accepted** Condo with a private entrance and lots of light. Nice sized terrace with a view on a wooded area which will be conserved throughout the TOD development (no neighbors in the back).
Good sized master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The ceilings are 9 feet high and really add to the dimension of the rooms.
Quiet neighborhood but a lot of services are close by; Walmart, Costco, IGA, SAQ. The train to downtown Montreal is a 5 minute walk.
