Very nice property cottage style. Recently renovated. Kitchen redone in 2009, bathroom in 2012, two piece bathroom in 2014, front door and windows (75%) changed in 2015, water heater in 2015. Large family room in the basement. Wood floors on main level open concept. 3 rooms on the upper floor. Wall mounted air conditioner (2009). Central vacuum (2010). Waste disposer (2015). Large back yard with wood patio and shed (2008), mature trees. Public transportation and bicycle path on the street. Quiet neighborhood.
